CHAMPIONSHIP SHOW LEAGUE COMPETITION 2008
The points are taken from all
Championship Shows in England, Scotland, Wales and Belfast having Challenge
Certificates for Great Danes.
Points; 3: 2, 1 are awarded for a
1st. 2nd. and 3rd. Places respectively.
Additional Points:
(8 additional points for CC's) and
(5 additional points for Reserve CC's)
Premier League:
Points are earned from Minor
Puppy. Puppy and Junior Classes
Superleague:
Points are earned from Yearling,
Post Graduate, Limit and Open Classes
Crufts:
Is the exception to the rule and all
scheduled breed classes carry League points.
(Please note that points from
Yearling to Open inclusive are credited to Superleague.)
Winning CC's, or Res CC's:
Extra points for these are
credited to the League applicable to the class entered.
When an entry covers classes
affecting both Leagues (eg. Junior and Yearling), the points are split
accordingly.
The bonus points are accredited to
the higher class and therefore to the "Superleague".
Only the BONUS points are
credited if CC"s or Res. CC"s are gained in classes other than
those listed.
At season’s end, any exhibitor qualifying for a place in both the Premier League and Superleague "Finals""
will receive an invitation to the "Superleague” only.
(In the event of a tie for reserve
places‑the number of firsts will be taken into account.
Thereafter, wins in Junior (PL)
and Open (SL) take precedence.)
*COLOUR LEAGUE Points are
credited from Colour Classes at all of the BREED CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP
SHOWS and DANE OF THE YEAR (Bonus points
are credited to Superleague) ** VETERAN LEAGUE Points are
credited from Veteran Classes at all of the BREED CLUB
CHAMPIONSHIP SHOWS, also CRUFTS and DANE OF THE YEAR (Bonus points are
credited to Superleague)

IN THE FUTURE ONLY DOGS THAT
ACTUALLY ATTEND THE LEAGUE FINALS WILL RECEIVE THE COMMERORATIVE ROSETTES
